Brnine sidles out the door into the hallway. They look both ways, see that the coast is clear, and finally yank their phone out of their pocket and flip it open. There are a lot of messages, and yes, they're all from Nautis. Amidst all the passive aggressive kaomojis, Brnine manages to pick out that there's something going on with that one weird overpass, and Nautis wants the Nova Knights there on the double.

A glance at the time on their phone shows them that their class is only half over. Well, at least it's the last schedule block of the day. Brnine will just have to show up bright and early tomorrow to get chewed out by the principal again. They turn and head back into the room, flipping their phone shut and shoving it back in their pocket as they go. Natalia, they notice distractedly, already has her phone stowed away again.

"All right, everyone," Brnine announces, "something urgent has come up and you're all getting out early. Put your projects away and pack your bags. Class is over."
